It is essential for our body to have a constant supply of oxygen to function properly, especially during sleep when our body is in a relaxed state.
Additionally, other factors such as falling branches or debris from the tree pose potential risks. During the night, it may be difficult to see and avoid any falling branches, which can cause serious injury.
Therefore, it is generally recommended to find a safer and more suitable sleeping place away from trees during nighttime. This ensures a sufficient oxygen supply and reduces the risks associated with sleeping under a tree.
